Michael Cronin

Michael Cronin has extensive work experience in the field of law and tax consulting. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young, where they provided tax due diligence and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions. Michael also structured acquisitions and divestitures to minimize income tax. In 2000, they joined Smith Helms Mulliss & Moore, where they worked as an Associate, advising real estate developers on tax and business organization law matters. Michael also negotiated and documented tax-advantaged credit facilities. In 2001, they moved to Moore & Van Allen PLLC, where they served as a Member, drafting documentation for asset and stock acquisitions and managing due diligence operations across industries. Since 2020, they have been working at Allvue Systems, initially as an Associate General Counsel and currently as the Deputy General Counsel. In this role, they lead the Commercial Legal Team and is responsible for preparing and negotiating subscription contracts for the company's SaaS products. Michael also provides guidance on legal and contractual issues and standardizes business processes.

Michael Cronin has a Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The Ohio State University.
