Cheryl Green

Cheryl Green is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and human resources. Currently serving as a Community Nurse at Ally Home Care since February 2024, Cheryl previously held a prominent role as Human Resources Director at Atrium Health from June 2011 to October 2023, where collaboration with division leaders and management of the HRIS system were key responsibilities. Earlier, Cheryl was the Director of Nursing for the Hospital Transfer Center, overseeing a team of 80 employees to ensure safe patient transfers, and held the position of Nursing Operations Manager at Novant Health, leading a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University, a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Pfeiffer University, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Tri-County Technical College.
