Joe Rodriguez

Joe Rodriguez is an experienced Help Desk Manager with a proven track record in IT support and service management. Currently serving as the Help Desk Manager at ALM Media, LLC since November 2021, Joe has previously held similar management roles at Metropolitan Commercial Bank and the Institute of International Education. Additionally, Joe worked as a Service Desk Supervisor at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Buffalo State University.
