Diego H. Rodrigues is a seasoned professional with over a decade of clinical and administrative experience in the mental health sector. Since August 2008, Rodrigues has served as Executive Vice President and COO at Alma Family Services, demonstrating a strong ability to develop and deliver high-quality services. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Management & Community Partnerships and Director of Family & Youth Services at Foothill Family, where Rodrigues provided individual, family, and group psychotherapy and facilitated bilingual support services. Earlier experience includes positions as a Mental Health Clinician at ITDC and a Manager at Comfort Hotel. Rodrigues holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from ESUDA in Recife, Brazil.
