Danilo Raponi I Mba

Danilo Raponi I MBA, PhD, currently serves as the Group Head of Innovation at Generali and Managing Director of Generali's Innovation Fund since January 2021. In addition to these roles, Danilo is Vice-Chair and Board Member at HITS - House of Insurtech Switzerland, Advisory Board Member for MIT Technology Review Italia, and serves on the ITC Vegas Advisory Board. Danilo is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Italian Insurtech Association and a Supervisory Committee Member at Mundi Ventures. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Munich Re, where responsibilities encompassed innovation and venture finance, as well as a Senior Manager role at EY focusing on InsurTech in Germany. Danilo holds a PhD in Modern Intellectual History from the University of Cambridge and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from SDA Bocconi, among other degrees in Political Science and International Studies.
