Cristobal Achermann

Cristobal Achermann, PMP, RMP, currently serves as the Information Technology Manager and Technology Development Manager at Observatorio ALMA, focusing on technology-driven projects that enhance value within the organization. With extensive experience since June 2009 as an IT Project Manager at ALMA, Cristobal has overseen the successful integration of complex IT systems across various departments. Prior roles include Jefe IT y Proyectos at Ministerio del Interior, Gerente de Consultoría at Synapsis Chile, and Observatory Manager at Chajnantor Observatory. Education includes a Diplomado in Project Management from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, a Postitulo in Internetworking from Universidad de Chile, and a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications and IT from Universidad de Chile.
