Siobhan Concannon Msc

Siobhan Concannon MSc (Mooney) has a diverse work experience in the quality assurance field. Siobhan is currently working at Almac Group as a Quality Lead, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Quality Assurance Manager at Arthur Mallon Foods from May 2021 to July 2022. Siobhan also served as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager/Lead Group Auditor at Monaghan Mushrooms from April 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Fairfax Meadow from October 2017 to March 2019. Siobhan gained experience as a Quality Assurance professional at Nigel Fredericks from September 2014 to September 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Quality Assurance Officer at Freshways Food Co from February 2014 to September 2014. Siobhan also has experience as a Quality Auditor at Moy Park from September 2013 to February 2014, and as a Quality Assistant at Silver Hill Foods from June 2013 to September 2013.

Siobhan Concannon MSc (Mooney) holds a Master's degree in Food Safety and Control from London South Bank University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Siobhan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition with Diploma in Industrial Studies from Ulster University, completed between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, Siobhan has obtained various certifications, including a Lead Auditor Certificate in ISO:9001:2015 from the Irish Quality Centre in 2019, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Pembroke Alliance in 2021, and a range of other certifications related to food safety, hygiene, and professional skills.
