Sridhar Reddy Gaddam

Sridhar Reddy Gaddam has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sridhar Reddy started their career at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Technical Trainee before moving on to roles at CIPLA and Mylan Laboratories Limited. In 2014, they joined Estima Pharma Solutions as an Assistant Manager in the Quality Control Department, where they focused on documentation, preparing analytical data sheets, and conducting investigations. In 2017, Sridhar became a Senior Executive at Aurobindo Pharma before transitioning to Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited as an Assistant Manager. At Alembic, they handled team management, laboratory events, and overall quality management system activities.
