Tapani Wendelin

Tapani Wendelin has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Tapani started their career as a Designer at Afore Oy in 2006 and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at MacGregor in various roles, including Design Project Leader, where they were responsible for designing hatch covers for cargo ships. Tapani also served as the Design Team Manager and Manager of Design, leading a team of around 15 design project leaders, monitoring market situations, and ensuring sufficient design resources.
