Bill Ericksen

Director of Service, Client Support Group at Almaco

Bill Ericksen has over 35 years of experience in the medical equipment industry. Bill began their career in 1985 as a Service Technician and Operations Manager for Walla Medical. In 1989, they received the Bill Jansen Award for Employee of the Year. In 1992, they joined Carl Zeiss Meditec AG as a Field Service Engineer, where they were promoted four times in 23 years. Theirfinal role was Senior Manager, responsible for Field Service Operations throughout the SE, NE, and Great Lakes area of the US. In 2015, they joined ALMACO as the Director of Service, Client Support Group and Service Division Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the call center and technical support teams.

Bill Ericksen obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and Political Science from Western Illinois University between 1981 and 1985. In March 1998, they obtained an A+ Certification from CompTIA.
