Leandro Silva

Leandro Silva's work experience begins in 2005 when they worked as a Technical Information Technology employee for Equipamentos NGK Rinnai. In 2004, they joined Grupo Trends Tecnologia as a Security Analyst and Network Administrator, where they were responsible for IT infrastructure and played a role in creating the company's security policy. Leandro then moved to Grupo Santander Brasil in 2009 as an Information Security Analyst, specializing in managing security equipment and analyzing vulnerability and threat reports. Leandro joined Automatos Serviços e Desenvolvimento de Software LTDA in 2010 and held various positions, including Senior Security Analyst, Security Operations Leader, and eventually becoming the Director of Operations - COO. Leandro'sresponsibilities included overseeing various areas such as security operations, consultancy, pre-sales, product management, infrastructure, support, and development. Leandro played a key role in restructuring the company's security processes, leading to increased customer satisfaction. In 2022, Leandro joined Almaden AI Brasil as the COO.
