Mohammed Thaha Naajiz Ahamed

Mohammed Thaha Naajiz Ahamed is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Group Finance Policy & Internal Control Manager at Almarai since December 2004, Mohammed has held various key positions including Finance Manager for Transport & Logistics and Senior Project Accountant. Prior to joining Almarai, Mohammed worked at KPMG Sri Lanka from January 1999 to November 2004, progressing from Audit Assistant to Assistant Manager in Audit & Assurance, with responsibilities including the oversight of regional offices. Mohammed's education includes ongoing studies at IMD, completion of courses at the Institute of Internal Auditors, and professional qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
