Dipankar Das

Dipankar Das is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management and operations within the chemical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Production Head at Almatis since March 2021, Dipankar is responsible for production planning, feedstock management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with EHS standards. Prior to this role, Dipankar was Production Head at PCBL Limited from November 2017 to February 2021, overseeing all production department activities to meet objectives related to volume, quality, efficiency, safety, and environmental standards. Dipankar’s earlier tenure at Hindalco Industries Limited from July 2005 to November 2017 included the position of Deputy General Manager Operations, focusing on operational control and management of complex processing units. Dipankar holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and a B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Calcutta.
