Francisco Juárez Saldaña has a strong work experience in various IT and management roles. Francisco started their career as a Junior Consultant at DeAcero, where they developed web solutions and conducted testing. Francisco then moved on to work at Bancomer Transfer Services as a System Consultant, where they analyzed requirements, designed web solutions, prepared reports, and provided support during the implementation stage.
After that, Juárez Saldaña joined CEMEX as an IT Coordinator, responsible for ensuring business continuity and implementing new HR services and applications across multiple countries. Francisco also managed a team and successfully implemented self-service kiosks for HR services.

Francisco successfully redesigned processes and increased visibility, control, and operational margin through the implementation of a new TMS (Transportation Management System).
