Kai Sauerbier is a seasoned professional in industrial operations and supply chain management with extensive experience across various roles in prominent pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as the General Manager of Industrial Operations Germany at Almirall Hermal GmbH since November 2019, Kai previously held the position of Site Operations Manager at Almirall. Prior to that, Kai spent several years at AstraZeneca, progressing from Process Execution Team Lead to Global Supply Director, where responsibilities included managing supply chain design and leading transformational programs. Earlier career highlights include engineering roles at EMD - Merck KGaA and NNE Pharmaplan.
