Marco Zambrini

Marco Zambrini serves as the Senior Legal Director at Almirall since November 2011, where responsibilities encompass the legal coordination of significant strategic projects and providing high-value legal advice in areas such as Corporate Law, Pharmaceutical Law, and Compliance. Previously, Marco held roles at Almirall including General Counsel (interim), Legal Head of M&A and Licensing, and Lead Senior Counsel. Prior to joining Almirall, Marco was a Senior Associate at Uría Menéndez, a prominent Spanish law firm, and also served as an Associate Lecturer in Commercial Law at Pompeu Fabra University. Education credentials include studies at Pompeu Fabra University and the Max Planck Society.
