Meritxell Blasco

Meritxell Blasco has a wealth of experience in various HR roles, starting in 2003 at New Horizons as a Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Manager. Over the years, they have worked at ACS, European University, Monsanto Company, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and is currently the Global People & Organizational Development Executive Director at Almirall. Their roles have focused on HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and teaching within international MBA programs.

Meritxell Blasco completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitat de Barcelona in 1998. Meritxell then pursued a Master's Degree in Economy (ADE) at the same university from 1998 to 2002. In 2004, they attended EADA Business School for a Master's degree in Executive HR Management, which they completed in 2006. Later, in 2012-2013, they attained a Co-Active Coach certification from CTI.
