Jacob Bailey

Jacob Bailey has a diverse work experience in product development and mechanical engineering roles. Jacob is currently working at Almond Cow as a Product Development Manager since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Product Development Engineer at Almond Cow from September 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Almond Cow, Jacob worked at Vernet Group as a Product Development Engineer from April 2019 to August 2021. Jacob also has experience working at Dorel Juvenile as a Design Engineer from March 2017 to April 2019, where they played a key role in launching a Child Restraint System. Jacob contributed to the growth of Suvie as a Founding Employee and Lead Machine Engineer from June 2016 to March 2017. Jacob started their career at SharkNinja as a Mechanical Engineer, where they led a successful product launch and worked closely with international engineering teams. Jacob also gained valuable experience at Lexmark International, Inc. as a Mechanical Hardware Engineer and as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Lexmark and ENGENESYS, LLC.

Jacob Bailey attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
