Erika Olson

Erika Olson is a Senior Scientist in Bioanalytical Sciences at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, with previous experience as a Senior Scientist in Clinical Serology Assays at HilleVax, where leadership was demonstrated in developing and analyzing quantitative clinical serology assays for vaccine candidates. At Codiak BioSciences, Olson managed a cross-functional team to automate high-throughput cell-based assays and developed lab automation processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School, focusing on functional cell-based imaging assays, and as an NSF Graduate Research Fellow at The Scripps Research Institute, where a successful patent was filed. Erika holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Biology from Scripps Research and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Cornell University.
