Ina Shtëmbari

Ina Shtëmbari is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of R&D HR at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since April 2022, Ina previously held the position of People and Culture Lead at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where support was provided to various global medical and clinical development teams. With earlier roles at Deloitte and PA Consulting Group, expertise in talent management, change management, and leadership development was further honed. Ina's career includes a significant sabbatical as an English Teaching Assistant in Spain, as well as diverse HR roles at The Hartford, Carando, and various internship experiences. Ina holds a BS in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Connecticut and an MS in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford.
