Lei O'Malley

Lei O'Malley is an experienced scientist with a diverse background in research and development, currently serving as a Principal Associate Scientist at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lei held the position of Principal Research Associate at Codiak BioSciences, specializing in engineered stable cell lines development and exosome purification and characterization. Expertise includes maintaining well-characterized cell line inventories, genome editing, and various cell-based assays. Earlier career experiences include roles at Cell Signaling Technology, Intelligent Bio-Systems, and MGH Human Genetic Research Center, focusing on molecular biology, Next Generation Sequencing, and neurogenetic diagnostics.
