Jeffrey Schipper

Jeffrey Schipper is an experienced professional in the culinary and sales sectors, currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at Aloha Produce since June 2020, where responsibilities include managing a territory in Central Oregon and providing produce and food services to over 160 accounts. Prior to this role, Jeffrey worked as Chef de Cuisine at MIYAGI RAMEN, LLC, overseeing kitchen operations and meal service. Jeffrey also held the position of Chef de Cuisine at Zydeco Kitchen & Cocktails for nearly a decade, where the progression from line cook to Chef de Cuisine was marked by time spent opening Bistro 28 A Neighborhood Kitchen. At Bistro 28, responsibilities included hiring staff, menu construction, and managing daily operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Sous Chef at Piper Restaurant. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Grand Valley State University.
