Tyler Anderson

Tyler Anderson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tyler began their career as an OFS Driver Merchandiser Assistant at Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2012. In 2014, they worked as a Finance Intern at First American Capital Corporation. At the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, Tyler held roles as a Shelving Staff and later as a Help Desk Lead, where they improved customer satisfaction and trained security personnel.

Tyler joined Amazon in 2015 and started as a Problem Solving Lead, leading a team through the peak holiday season and implementing process improvements. Tyler then worked as an Operations Assistant Manager, managing a team of associates and improving productivity. Tyler also played a crucial role in the launch of a new Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Center, achieving the highest team efficiency rating in Amazon's history.

In 2019, Tyler joined Owens & Minor as an Operations Supervisor before returning to Amazon as an Area Manager I. Tyler oversaw associates and hourly leaders, implemented labor planning, and developed leadership programs. Tyler was also responsible for analyzing business intelligence data and improving quality and productivity performance.

At Amazon Logistics, Tyler held roles as an Area Manager II and Operations Manager III. Tyler launched the first Amazon Delivery Station in Toledo, OH, and organized community outreach events. Tyler managed dispatch operations, safety, capacity planning, and delivery routes. Tyler also calculated hiring targets and held verification meetings to ensure capacity targets were met.

Most recently, Tyler worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. as a Last Mile Operations Manager before joining ALOM as a Senior Operations Manager in 2022. Overall, Tyler Anderson has demonstrated strong leadership, operational skills, and a successful track record in improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Tyler Anderson completed their high school education at Tremper High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their G.E.D. Tyler then pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General in 2015.
