Derik Brugger, BA, RDCS, RDMS, RVT, currently serves as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer at Alomere Health since January 2020, performing cardiac examinations for interpretation by physicians. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and Registered Vascular Technologist at the Department of Veterans Affairs and Allina Health, conducting various diagnostic sonography exams and supplemental tests. Derik began in clinical roles as a Diagnostic Medical Sonography intern and Certified Nursing Assistant, with early experience as a Patient Transporter and Clinical Research Monitor. Educational background includes a BA in Biology - Health Sciences with a minor in Health Service Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an AAS in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from St. Catherine University.
