Niki Strong

Niki Strong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business management. Currently serving as a Food Blogger at Family Thyme since January 2023, Niki focuses on uniting families and friends through the culinary arts. As a Human Resource Business Partner at Alomere Health since April 2022, Niki provides operational support in recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. Previous roles include HR Executive Team Leader at Target, where Niki championed change and developed inclusive talent strategies, and HR & CS Manager at ServiceMaster of the Lakes Area, overseeing commercial accounts and various HR functions.
