Manny Chavira

Manny Chavira is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in capital project development for refinery operations. Currently serving Alon USA since July 2013, Manny previously held a similar role at Phillips 66 from June 2011 to July 2013. Earlier in their career, Manny worked at Chevron from September 1980 to May 2006, where responsibilities included managing various engineering and reliability groups, as well as overseeing operations as Plant Manager at Chevron Asphalt Company between 2003 and 2006. Manny holds educational credentials from The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas at El Paso.
