Teri Morse

Teri Morse is an experienced executive in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Alorica since February 2017, where responsibilities include recruitment for contact centers and leading a transformation project on Employee Lifecycle Management. Previously, Teri held various senior roles at Xerox from December 2004 to March 2016, including Vice President of Talent Acquisition, overseeing global recruitment for over 60,000 call center agents and managing a comprehensive recruitment strategy. Teri also managed HR functions related to talent management at Xerox and led global mobility initiatives at Tellabs Operations, Inc. from 1997 to 2004. Earlier in the career, Teri contributed to building a top employment agency as Director of Training at Banner Personnel Services from 1985 to 1997. Teri holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Winona State University.
