Bill Perakis has extensive experience in sales within the food industry, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Alpha Baking Co., Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Bill worked as a Sales Associate at Gordon Food Service from November 2021 to May 2023 and spent eight years as a Fresh Sales Representative at Highland Baking Company from October 2013 to October 2021. Bill received a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1994 and 1998.
