Patrick has previously worked as a software engineer and developer advocate at Alpha Vantage Inc., and as a software support engineer and investment analyst at Man Numeric. Patrick has also held the position of software and support engineer at Computer Trust Corporation.

Collins has a strong background in software engineering and development, and has been instrumental in improving the alpha production system at Man Numeric. Patrick also led the project to convert all linux scripts from Tivoli based infrastructure to Control-M, reducing the duplicity of 2 workflow managers.
