Katja Rademacher

Katja Rademacher has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Katja worked at Alpha Technologies Ltd. as a Director of Program Management and Compliance from October 2015 to the present. Prior to that, they held positions at the company as a Senior Program Manager from July 2014 and as a Program Manager from March 2010 to July 2014. Before joining Alpha Technologies, Katja was a Full-time Athlete for a brief period in 2009 and a Program Manager at Kodak Graphic Communications Canada from January 2008 to May 2009. Katja also worked at Kodak/Creo as a Technical Manager from March 2002 to December 2007 and at Creo as a Research Scientist from April 2001 to February 2002. Katja began their career as a Postdoctoral fellow at the University of British Columbia, where they worked from July 1997 to March 2001.

Katja Rademacher obtained a PhD in Chemistry from Justus Liebig University Giessen in 1997. Additionally, they completed the Kodak Leadership Program at Kodak Edge and received a certificate in that program.
