Kimberley Jones

Kimberley has over 25 years of experience working with educational, state/municipal, healthcare, and federal clients supporting many forms of asset management for the built environment. She has channeled her background in marketing, environmental policy, government affairs, and public relations toward helping clients secure the financial and people resources needed to achieve their asset management goals. She specializes in capital planning, environmental planning, space and functional adequacy evaluations, equipment inventory, energy management evaluations, and people resource management. Her passion is becoming an advocate for those dedicating their careers to all forms of asset management—Understanding the current state of asset management programs; building persuasive messages communicating needs to colleagues, leadership, and communities; and documenting progress so responsible financial stewardship can be demonstrated.
