Lana Baker-Munton

Lana Baker-Munton has extensive work experience, starting in 2010 as a Summer Analyst at Société Générale Private Bank Hambros. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group. From 2013 to 2015, Lana joined Barclays Wealth and Investment Management as a Summer Analyst. Lana then joined Alpha FMC in 2015 and held various roles, including Management Consultant, UK Recruitment Manager, Global Recruitment Lead, and currently serves as the Global Head of Recruitment & Learning. Throughout their tenure at Alpha FMC, Lana demonstrated their expertise in managing recruitment functions, restructuring teams, and implementing specialized workstreams.

Lana Baker-Munton attended iDiscover 360 in 2021-2022, where they studied Personal Development, Leadership, Self-Awareness, and Emotional Intelligence. In 2019-2020, they pursued a Certified Transformational Coach degree with a specialty in Life Coaching & Career Coaching at Animas Centre for Coaching. Prior to that, Lana's education history includes attending South Hampstead High School, GDST, and obtaining a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol.
