Claudia Draper has a wealth of experience in sales. Claudia began their career in 2002 as Sales Director at Procter & Gamble, where they were responsible for net shipping targets, management, and profitability of various product lines. During their time there, they successfully managed forecasting tools, leveraged business reporting to drive insight/decision making, consistently delivered projected monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals, and identified sales pipelines. Claudia also led and coordinated contract negotiations for a successful close, delivered WOW in-store visibility during key launching, and developed elevated promotional programs to build share of market during key consumption periods.
In 2012, Draper began working at Unilever (Unilever Ventures | iluminage Beauty) as VP of Sales, where they were the head of sales for prestige and mass customers. During their time there, they achieved double digit growth year over year through development of channel partner relationships, and successfully renegotiated terms for key accounts (US/CA), which resulted in a 5-10 point margin relief.
Currently, Draper is the VP of Sales North America at Alpha-H.
Claudia Draper began their education in 1988 when they completed a Certificate of Completion in Accounting and Finance from Watterson College. Claudia then moved on to P&G College in 2011 to complete a Certificate of Completion in Strategic Selling Process. In 1989, they completed a Course Certification in Airline Career from American Airlines Travel Academy.
