Derek Balsiger

Derek Balsiger is an experienced operations and service manager with a strong background in the automotive and customer service industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Superintendent at Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing since October 2017, Derek has demonstrated leadership capabilities. Prior roles include General Manager at Beach City Mopeds and Scooters, and Consultant at Riders Revelation, where business plans and financial projections were developed. Derek's experience as Service Manager at Mach 1 Motorcycles involved comprehensive vehicle oversight and customer interaction. Additional roles include customer relations at Discovery Science Center and various positions in installation and construction. Derek holds a Technician Degree in Honda, Suzuki, and Performance Tuning from the Motorcycle & Marine Mechanics Institute.
