Amanda Thirza

Amanda Thirza is a seasoned professional in value creation and recruitment with extensive experience in various managerial and consulting roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Alpha JWC Ventures since September 2021, Amanda previously held the position of Senior Recruiter at Traveloka from May 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that, Amanda was People Acquisition Manager at GoPay Indonesia and worked as a Consultant in Financial Services at Robert Walters. Amanda's career began at Monroe Consulting Group, where roles included Senior Consultant and Consultant. Additional experience includes business development at ANZ, sales and marketing at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, and business development and operations at Hertz. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Adventist University of the Philippines, obtained in 2013, and attended Saigon South International School for high school education.
