Yves Mottry

Yves Mottry is a seasoned software support professional with extensive experience in managing software support teams and ensuring system reliability. Currently serving as a Software Support Manager at Alpha Networks since December 2018, Yves maintains relationships with engineering and software development teams. Yves previously held roles as a Software Support Expert at Sogeti and Technical Architect at Mobistar, where responsibilities included system maintenance and operational quality of the Comverse ONE Converged Billing & Active Customer Management solution. Yves also has a strong background in change/release management and IT operations, demonstrated through roles as a Change Management Engineer and Service Monitoring Center and IT Operations Engineer at Mobistar. Yves began the professional journey with a focus on service operation management during a student role, and holds a degree in Computer Science from IEPSCF d'Uccle (2003-2005).
