Pierce McInturff is an experienced educator currently serving as a 5th Grade Teacher at Alpha Public Schools since July 2019, where responsibilities include planning and implementing various curricula, utilizing data-driven instruction, and participating in professional development focused on literacy, data analysis, and diversity. Previously, Pierce held roles as a Teacher Resident with City Year, supporting students and teachers in the Alum Rock School District, and as a Public Policy Intern at the Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits, conducting research on policy issues.
