Prudence Nicole Wais has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Their most recent position was as the Chief Strategy Officer at Alpha Public Schools, where they began in July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Talent from July 2020 to June 2021, and as the Director of Talent from July 2018 to June 2020.
