Michael Passineau

Michael Passineau has a diverse and extensive work history spanning a variety of industries. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Quality and Compliance at Alpha Source Group since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Foxconn Industrial Internet, where they held the roles of Manager-BI/Digitization, Operations Technology from February 2011 to March 2022, and Quality Manager from December 2018 to February 2021.

Before joining Foxconn, Passineau served as a Senior Quality Engineer at Vesta, a Lubrizol Company from November 2016 to December 2018. Michael also worked as the Director of R&D at Helmets to Heal, a Nonprofit organization focused on reducing concussions in youth programs, from May 2016 to February 2018.

Passineau's earlier experience includes roles such as Regulatory Compliance OEM Specialist-UDI at Kelly Services from June 2016 to October 2016, Program Manager - Global Product eWaste Regulations at GE Healthcare from June 2011 to January 2016, and various positions at GE Healthcare and GE Medical Systems, including QA Engineer, Global Quality Systems Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt-PMO, Leader of Enterprise Server & Storage Technology and Acquisition Integration, and Team Leader - XR Engineering IT, between 1995 and 2011.

Additionally, Passineau worked as a System Engineer at McHugh Freeman from 1993 to 1995 and as a Systems Engineer at Allied Computer Group from 1988 to 1992.

Michael Passineau has a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering MSOE. Michael also attended Oak Creek High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Intellectual Property Law and Policy Part 1 and Part 2 from edX.
