Michael Belcher

Michael Belcher is a Senior Network Engineer at Alpha Technologies. Michael has over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations and support. Michael has lead teams of engineers and technicians, and been responsible for forecasting, preparing, and maintaining capital and operating budgets. Michael has also worked with businesses to align IT resources with business objectives, and has evaluated new products and software selections to drive reduced complexity and decreased total costs of ownership. Michael has also been responsible for all IT data center space, power, cooling, compute, and storage. Michael implemented an ITIL based service desk ticketing system and lead the support teams through adoption of the new processes. Prior to joining Alpha Technologies, Michael was the VP of Data Services & Engineering at FiberNet of WV, and an independent consultant.
