Bob Tunis

Bob Tunis has a long and varied career in telecommunications and IT. Bob began their career in 1991 when they joined the US Army as a Telecommunications Terminal Device Repairer, where they received six months of intensive training at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Bob then served with the 11th ADA at Fort Bliss, Texas, and later with the 1st Armored Division in Baumholder, Germany. In 1996, they joined Verizon as a Local Manager-Network Operations/Special Services Provisioning, and held various positions there over an 11 year period. In 2007, they moved to DirecPath as a Senior Data Manager, and then to IBBS in 2009 as a Project Manager and Director of Service Delivery. In 2012, they joined Diversified as Vice President of Technical Operations and Director of Technical Operations, CSS and EVC. Finally, in 2022, they joined Alpha Video as Chief Operating Officer.

Bob Tunis obtained their BS Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School between 1998 and 2001. In 2012, Bob obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2014, Bob obtained their Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from InfoComm International. In 2016, Bob obtained their CCNA Route Switch certification from Cisco. In 2022, Bob is expected to obtain their Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
