Pau-Lin Ngen

Pau-Lin Ngen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They are currently working as a Laboratory Operations Manager at Alpha-9 Theranostics Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Yourgene Health Canada as a Laboratory Manager from March 2018 to November 2022. In this role, they were responsible for creating production/manufacturing schedules, hiring and training new employees, providing career development support, and overseeing quality control testing.

Before that, Pau-Lin worked at Bureau Veritas Group as a Sample Support and Quality Control Technician from June 2013 to 2018.
