Jonathan Fentzke

Jonathan Fentzke is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Far Out Ventures, focusing on early-stage investments in vertical SaaS and fintech within overlooked geographic areas and B2B/Enterprise business models since 2022. In addition, Jonathan serves as an All Star Mentor for Techstars, recognized as one of the top 1% of mentors across the network, contributing to over 50 programs and advising more than 1,000 founders. Jonathan's involvement in Techstars also includes responsibilities in capital formation analytics and deployment strategies across various funds. Jonathan has made significant contributions as a Managing Director with multiple successful investments and exits. As an investor, Jonathan is associated with several companies, including Kayhan Space, Seasats, Cognitive Space, Nicslab, SCOUT Inc., Ellipsis Drive, Hyperspec.ai, and Pierce Aerospace. Jonathan holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder, alongside degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Entrepreneurship from the Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Michigan, respectively.
