Paul Coates-Young

Paul Coates-Young is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at XLA since February 2024, while also holding the position of Human Resources Recruiter at AlphaBEST Education, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to these roles, Paul Coates-Young gained valuable experience as an Administrative Assistant and Recruiter Technician with the Charles County Board of Education from March 2010 to December 2021.
