Marianna Michaloudaki Ph.D., MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Marianna has held various managerial roles in renowned companies such as Alphabet International GmbH and BMW Group, as well as academic experience at the Technische Universität München.

At Alphabet International GmbH, Marianna started as the Manager of Regional Indirect Purchasing before being promoted to International Sourcing Manager. In this role, they were responsible for restructuring the sourcing business and managing the annual procurement budget. Marianna also cultivated relationships with global suppliers to secure bundled services. Later, they became the Manager of New Markets Project, leading a project on geographic expansion and defining the company's geo-expansion strategy.

Prior to their time at Alphabet International GmbH, Marianna worked at BMW Group. Marianna began as a Project Manager in Surface Technology - Production and then moved on to become the Manager of Indirect Purchasing. In this role, they oversaw purchasing operations in Greece and negotiated purchase prices for BMW's Greece-based operations. Marianna also managed supplier relationships and ensured the purchasing function aligned with company objectives. Later, they were promoted to Manager of Regional Indirect Purchasing for BMW Central and Southeastern Europe, where they developed and implemented standard purchasing processes for the region.

Before their corporate experience, Marianna worked as the Manager of Industrial Projects at Technische Universität München.

Marianna Michaloudaki Ph.D., MBA has a diverse educational background with degrees in engineering and business. Marianna obtained their Executive MBA with a focus on International Business/Digital Innovation Analytics for Leadership/Cooperations from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Ph.D. in Engineering with a specialization in Automotive Technology from the Technical University of Munich in 2005. Marianna also holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Metallurgy from the National Technical University of Athens, which they completed in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Marianna has also obtained a certification in "Managing Your Anxiety While Presenting" from LinkedIn, which they achieved in February 2022.
