Raluca Ganea

Raluca Ganea's work experience began in 2011 as the Treasurer for 2Performant, an affiliate platform based in Bucharest. Raluca was involved in the start-up phase and left after the second investment round. Raluca then worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Agile Media, an SEO agency, from 2014 to 2017, where they managed teams, conducted market research, developed new revenue streams, and supported the marketing team. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer for SMSO, a B2B communication platform, where they created marketing strategies and built brand awareness. In 2021, they became the Head of Investor Relations for AlphaBlock, a fintech company based in Toronto, Canada. Currently, they work as a Community Builder for Growceanu, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Raluca Ganea has shown a passion for educating Romanians about stock market investments and has had a diverse range of experiences in marketing, operations, and finance.

Raluca Ganea completed their Bachelor's degree in the field of History and Social Sciences from Colegiul National Gr. Moisil between 2002 and 2006. Later, they pursued higher education at Institutul Bancar Roman from 2007 to 2010 and earned a degree as an Economist with a focus on Marketing and Finance.
