German A. Lozano Bonilla

German A. Lozano Bonilla has worked in various legal positions since 2004. In 2004, they completed an internship at Ecopetrol, where they were responsible for monitoring and supervising labor processes in their various stages, filing appeals, and providing legal support related to hydrocarbons. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a paralegal at Unión Temporal - UCOIL (Ukrainian Colombian Oil and Energy Limited), GAS KPITAL, S.N.G., where they were responsible for drafting commercial, labor, joint venture, and other contracts. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Legal Director at Grupo Empresarial En Linea S.A. | GELSA S.A., where they were responsible for planning, developing, and implementing legal solutions to the different requirements of corporate, contractual and commercial type in the different companies of the Group. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Legal Director at Sodexo (Member of the Suramericana de Inversiones Group), where they were responsible for improving contractual terms and conditions at the national and/or international level. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Legal Manager at Grupo QBCo, where they were responsible for designing, structuring, and implementing recruitment policies and legal advice from the Company. From 2016 to 2017, they were an External Legal Advisor, and from 2018 to 2020, they were the Corporate Business and Public Offers Chief at Colsubsidio, where they were responsible for the design and implementation of the structure of legal businesses in public and private contracting processes. Finally, in 2021, they became the Legal Director - Colombia at AlphaCredit.

German A. Lozano Bonilla began their educational career in 2002, when they obtained their Lawyer degree from Universidad del Rosario in the field of Derecho. In 2008, they earned a Postgraduate Degree in Energy and Mining Law (Oil &Gas Law) from Universidad Externado de Colombia. In 2009, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Commercial Law from Universidad de Los Andes. Finally, in 2011, German A. Lozano Bonilla completed a Master's degree in Private Law from Universidad de Los Andes.
