Mike Boyadjian

As Director of People Ops, Mike is caretaker for all things human at AlphaFlow.

Prior to joining AlphaFlow, Mike was the Vice President of Human Resources at Maximus Real Estate Partners LTD, a leading property management, construction, investor portfolio, and development company. During his time there he oversaw multiple systems implementations, expanded the HR team, and saved the company almost $1 Million in process improvements. Previous experiences included many SaaS startups including Amplitude, Flurry, Yuzu by Barnes and Noble, and the Climate Corp. As Director of HR for Waypoint Homes (now Invitation Homes), he built the HR department from scratch and oversaw the company’s growth to 1000 employees.

Mike began his career at Toshiba America Electronic Components as a generalist, serving the ASIC on Chip group. Mike has a BFA in Music from the University of California at Santa Cruz and a Masters of Science in Human Resources from the University of Southern California. He holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California and maintains a Senior Certified Professional credential through SHRM.
