Clain Udy

Clain Udy serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at AlphaGraphics and PostNet, leading the training and development of 250 franchisees globally in commercial print center operations. Clain has designed a comprehensive franchisee training and onboarding program, including a certification series in various operational areas. Previously, Clain founded and presided over First Ascent: Career Transition for Autism & Asperger's and worked as the Field Services Training Manager at Vivint, where a standards-based certification program was implemented. Additional experience includes roles at MarketStar, where Clain managed training for over 3,000 employees, and developed programs for HP sales teams at Omnicom Group. Clain holds dual Master's degrees in English Literature and Instructional Technology from Utah State University and a Bachelor's in English Literature from Brigham Young University.
