Rob Lipsett

Rob Lipsett has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as an Ambassador for Alphalete Athletics and a Brand Ambassador for GHOST. As Head Coach at GAMEPLAN TRAINING, Rob utilizes a proven, science-based method to help individuals achieve significant results, having successfully guided over 5,000 clients. Rob is also the Owner of FUEL CAKES, LipsettFitness.com, and Lipsett Fitness, contributing to various health and fitness ventures. Additionally, Rob was certified as a Personal Trainer by Active IQ in 2014 and received education from Clongowes Wood College between 2005 and 2011.
